Here are a few that spring to mind for me:
Arsenal - Thierry Henry. I really hope I don't have to explain this one.
Aston Villa - nobody.
Birmingham - Jermaine Pennant (might get my wish here).
Blackburn - Morten Gamst Pedersen. I think we haven't seen his best yet.
Bolton - Stelios.....don't feel like spelling out the last name, you know who I mean.
Charlton - nobody.
Chelsea - Joe Cole, John Terry.
Everton - couldn't pay me to take any of them.
Fulham - Steed Malbranque.
Man City - Joey Barton
Man U - sorry, couldn't concentrate enough to think about this one due to the bile that flooded my mouth thinking about the concept....
Middlesborough - Stewart Downing
Newcastle - Michael Owen, Shay Given.
Pompey - nobody.
Sunderland - nobody.
Tottenham - King, Lennon, Defoe.
West Brom - nobody.
West Ham - Nigel Reo-Coker, Dean Ashton
Wigan - nobody.
I know, quite a comprehensive list, but there are a lot of great players in this league. Any thoughts?

If i could take four players from the league that aren't playing for Arsenal, Man Utd or Chelsea it would be Pennant, Downing, Ashton and Owen.
Our team with those players could be frighteningly good. It would give us an excellent mix of pace, power, goals, creativety and quality.

Before anyone asks, I'm not:
1) On a wind-up with an alter-ego
2) Suffering from split personality disorder
I can recommend a good psychiatrist!
