No matter how BAD is Mori , I think that Mori will play n the 1st 11 in our next match . As for Cisse, I know if he given more games up front and even if he score 100 GOALS this season, Rafa still sell him.

Somebody in club should inform Rafa and if he dont listen, "knock" his head with a bat.

Yes, nando still cant score but both Fowler and Nando played well together.

If you want Liverpool to lose , that is the combination but if you want Liverpool to win , PLAY CISSE WITH THE GOD UPFRONT ...

Thank you for that numbers. Bottomline Liverpool must WIN but who to score more GOALS . Answer is our Striker . If MOri have more games and playing upfront but NO goals. We should give CISSE play upfront with RF.

yeah, right.... and you 'll see that the only striker running around is fowler...and only fowler. 1 experienced striker and a lazy a$$ striker or whatever you call it, a very good combination indeed. Wow.... with this combination, we should win the CL 5 times in a row! :glare:

Sorry Immortal, I assumed Sabre wanted to know not just where the goals came from but where we were taking our shots that missed from. DO you know of anywhere this info can be found?

I get all my stats form ESPN by the way.

FWIW perhaps we need to play with less rotation in the strikers? By that I mean we should pair up Cisse and Crouch one week and Morientes and Fowler the next. With Garcia as sub for both parings. Simplistic I know but perhaps thsi will alow a partnership to blossom and circumvent soem of the problems that the out and out rotation policty may lead to ie palying with a different strike partner every game.

OK we win but its our defender ( hypia ) and our Garcia ( Midfield ) score the goal. Bottomline we all want all of our strikers score goals , dont we ?

We have already seen PC and Fowler ( NO GOALS from them ) , Mori and Fowler ( NO GOALS from them too ) and I think that Cisse should given a chance to play with Fowler, both as a striker.

Heya Theo, sorry, wish I knew where I could get stats like that from. That'll be interesting to see. There are stats on how many shots have been taken for individual players, but it doesn't say where the shots come from.

Looking at the stats that we have, it's interesting to note that most of our goals come from long range and we also tend to concede goals in the six yard box. Have you ever noticed that when the ball comes into this area, Reina is usually flapping away and our defenders are all over the place? Somehow I think Dudek is better with close shots, but he tends to mess up the longer balls.

Someone should start a thread, Reina Vs Dudek.
