A threat to chelsea? - You're having a laugh

We are not there yet, but we will get there with Rafa.

What he did on a much smaller budget...think what he can achieve with a bigger budget.

Chelsea should worry, Abramovich won't be there forever to bankroll Chelsea's unsustainable spending, just like Bernard Tapie and his "loadsamoney" Marseille in the early 1990s, this will stop once he gets bored.

Uhh if read my post again, I didn't include Mourinho in stating he hadn't won the Champions League or UEFA cup. He is a good manager maybe as good as Benitez but Wenger and Rijkaard aren't.

Wenger deserves to be in the list. Arsenal's tranfer kitty is likely to be around the same as ours. Have a look at what he has done with the player's he has bought. Sure he hasn't succeeded in Europe, but to do what he has done domestically is very impressive.

But still I rate Rafa higher considering his achievements domestically and in Europe. However there is an element of truth that we haven't played class opposition yet. We have improved dramatically, IMO. The only real test I guess is how we fare against top teams on a consistant basis.

I can't understand fans from teams what have done absolutely F.uck All for decades coming on here and giving us their 'valued' opinion. I mean it can be humourous but thats about it. I mean whats the world coming to when Portsmouth, Wigan and now Tottenham fans are trying to have a pop at us??

Defys belief ???

Jeez guys must we always try and slaughter a fan from an opposing club? I've read right the way through the topic and nothing this Spurs fan has said which I find particularly insulting. He thinks it's a joke that some of our fans think we can win the Prem? FWIW I don't think we'll win it either, nothing too annoying there. He thinks the reason that is the case is because Chelsea have a stronger squad? I agree with him there. He says Porto were an average team when they won the Champions League? Yup, I'd go along with that aswell.
I'd differ with him on Benitez the manager. Winning the Champions League with the team we had last season on many occasions (Neil Mellor upfront?) was an absolutely staggering achievement, nothing short of miraculous. Contrary to what he says, some of us were never convinced by Houllier or by "the treble", whereas now a fool can see the progression we are making (which the fella accepts BTW).
It might not make me popular on here but I can't help thinking that some people should just chill out a bit. You get t0ssers like Iamheretowindup and the Morcambe Real Madrid fan on here pretending to be something they're not and largely getting off scott-free, while this fella comes on and openly declares his allegiance before making some serious points and gets slaughtered. We didn't even insult him properly at first. I ask you, with a name like Yidofcourse, how did people think he was a Chelsea fan?

Just as has been said - LFC lost 2, Sh*tski - lost 2. LFC clean sheets - 17 (out of 22 matches not including CL qualifiers/super cup.) (77%)
Sh*tski clean sheets - 10 out of 18. (56%)
These stats have been taken from both team's official sites.

Now eat sh*t and die you rectum-faced pigmy.

OMG  :p

are there any sensible persons on this board  or just muppets  ??? :Oo:

I'm not saying you're sh*t whatsoever , i'm just telling the truth and being realist unlike most of you .
if you think you're near as good as chelsea cos you lost just 2 games like them and have more clean sheets  then you know f*ck all about football mate

those among you who can think would actually agree with me on this thread.

Mate, there is another user on this forum named "Chelsea". I suggest you learn from him about showing respect on another teams forum. Build a rapport before firing up at anyone on the forum.

my thread wasnt disrespectful was it :p . but then i got called "idiot" , "tw*at" and "w*nker"  just a few minutes after having logged on.
to get respected you must deserve it .why would i respect Muppets and knobheads ??  :veryangry

Thats because althouhg you toned down the way you said it. The content was still the same. Your first post was pretty much, you lot are all mistaken for thinking you can challenge Chelsea - but sugar coated. Just because we saw through it doesn't mean we have to lay down and take whatever lofty proclamation some Chelsea scum makes.

A good way to get us onside might have been to condemn Essiens actions rather than saying how much better Chelsea are than Liverpool. Especially since you lot bought the PRemiership last year (ie Charity shield - the 3 subs used by Chelsea were worth more than the entire Arsenal team listed to play).
You'll never walk alone.

Bigmick: But the fella pretended to be polite and no insulting, but didn't answer many of the points he was being answered with, he preffered to concentrate on the insults. There are trolls with white gloves.

I'm just amazed of how overrated Mourinho is. Winning a league with the most expensive team is possible even for cr*p coaches like Vicente del Bosque, who both won the CL and the liga in his time. He did nothing but nod to the player's demands. Of course when he went to turkey and the managerial skills were required he failed blatantly.

Mourinho will never pick a team , remodel it and build a champion team. If he's lucky like until now, he'll keep geting already made teams and ask for expensive reinforcements, but actually boost a team as Rafa has done? never, he's not the smartest guy, he's not the best tactician neither.

Chelsea fans epitomise the crude and brutish new rich mentality.

Two and a half years ago they were staring into the abyss of financial oblivion. They have been given a shortcut to success by a billionaire, and won the League Championship last season.

They conveniently forget that they have no history or tradition in the same sense that Liverpool, Man UTD, Arsenal, Everton and Tottenham have.

I hate they way Chelsea fans talk down to other clubs with such arrogance. They have short memories, I can tell you that. Anyway, the last time I looked, it was Liverpool who were European Champions, not Chelsea.

What is more, they have the largest amount of bandwagoner fans of any club at the moment. There are many of their fans that used to support Man UTD 5 years ago, and to all those foreign Chelsea fans, I sincerely doubt that 99.9% of them didn't know who Chelsea were 5 years ago.

Chelsea fans: come back and taunt us when you have 19 league championships and 6 European cups. Until then, shut up.

I think tactics are Mourinho's weakest asset.
He's a good motivator etc but I've never seen a game where there has been a distinctive tactical apect that has been deployed.
This is why I think they'll necer win the Champs League.

Chelsea have got their heads up their own a*ses

Win ONE league title, and their attitude is "You can't catch us" !

Who do they think they are.

The so-called cockyness comes from gobsh*te himself. That in turn flows to the fans and players.

Ithey could only beat poor old wigan 1-0 twice while we caned them 3-0.

I have got a feeling they are gonna go t*ts up, and have a poor streak of getting draws and dropping points. They only lost one last season, and I doubt they can replicate that this season. Arsenal couldnt replicate thier own unbeatan run.

It aint in the bag by a long shot. and I will laugh my head off.
Over Xmas we have 4 games. 26th, 28th, 31st and 2nd of Jan.

If chelsea have got similar, I bet anyone they will not get maximum points from all games.

They've got Fulham and Birmingham at home = 6 points
Man City and West Ham away = 2 points maybe

We've got Newcastle and West Brom at home = 6 points
Everton and Bolton away = 2 points maybe
