england WILL be in the second round. thats all you can say.
but can anyone tell me...if/when we progress, do we then play either germany/poland,depending on the positions of group A/B?  thats assuming also, the two of them qualify.

Yes the qualifiers for group b meets the qualifiers for group a

And I'm a swede so I was really glad for that group. I have always rated the english players highly but England hasn't won over Sweden since 1968 and we have met quite a lot of times.

England and Sweden should be able to go through. Paraguay is quite a good team though finishing third in south america after Brazil and Argentina. Germany and Poland should go through from the other group so both Sweden and England got it quite easy.

i agree, its likely that england/sweden will face germany/poland kukilon.
tell you what though..imagine germany boss group A.right?
then england face sweden in the final group B game, to decide who tops the group therefore avoiding them. could be a tense night in cologne!

i dont care what anyone says, germany are best left until the final for me. they are a strong YOUNGer side than in japan and seeing them against france recently, they looked more than capable of surprising many.

I would rather have Sweden vs Germany in the first knock-out stage because we can't really play as favourites in any game.
