If you can do the job effectively, I wouldn't be bothered were your from or how you look, however, if you're 25stone and want to be a pilot I can envisage that being a little problem

I have serious doubts whether a cabin crew and co-pilot totalling 25 stone could actually fly a plane.Given the amount of staff on a plane the individual weight of each staff member would be 2-3 stone.This is a reasonable weight for a small child or a very small midget.As the seats in a :censored:

-pit are designed for a fully grown adult,it would be highly unlikely a plane crewed by childre or midgets would be able to taxi onto the runway for take-off.Their inability to see out the windows must serve as a viable reason to deny them the chance to work in the aviation industry as pilots.
I much prefer to see a big fat person on top of a midget on the job.Although we should all strive for equal opportunities for all in any situation.

While I don't wish to sound "ist" in any way, I don't think employers should have to hire a fatty if they don't want to. Why should any boss/owner of a business be forced by law to employ anyone? If they have a real problem with fatties/women/men/foreigners/black people/asians/etc, why should they have to spend their working day accomodating them? Realistically, what moral right do the Government have to insist that all businesses MUST actively recruit certain people?
If I were a boss of my own company, I wouldn't hire anyone who was French(! :laugh:
