Whenever a long ball isn't passed perfectly at Cisse he stops running, looks back at the player who passed and shrugs his shoulders.
If he loses the ball he gets frustrated and doesn't bother running back to fight for the ball.
He helps the team a little and has no determination whatsoever. His strongest game is his pace but he doesn't seem to run off the ball enough. He'd rather pick the ball up and lose it.
I don't know if he is a good player or not. In France he has been fanatastic scoring about 30 goals a season but in the Premiership he has not convinced anyone about his ability. He needs to stop being lazy and improve his work rate - as with Morientes.
Right now I would be glad to see Cisse leave in the January transfer window, along with Morientes. Crouch and Pongolle deserve their chance in the starting line-up and I believe it was the best choice against Man U.
Personally I think this is the best formation and set-up with current players available.

Garcia can try to put some crosses in with his left, Gerrard and Sissoko can burst forward. Crouch can hold up the ball as well as score some goals. Pongelle can have the role Garcia normally plays. Alonso can provide those key passes and Finnan and Riise can act as attacking full backs to provide some width when needed.
