It's only 3 minutes and 36 seconds long, it should be 10mb tops.

Then as I said, You should encode it with XVid or Divx.
Virtual Dub is the best tool for the job.

The DivX thing is a good idea but it can be quite complicated if your a 'newbie' to it.

But seriously you should reely think about upgrading that thing , i mean where not living in the stone ages any more.

normal speed broadband (500k or thereabouts) can be had over here for pretty much the same monthly cost as a dial-up contract, is it not the same in the US?
