Personaly my targets would be:

Samuel Kuffour - Bayern Munich - Free Transfer

Mark Van Bommel - PSV - Free Transfer

Wesley Sneijder - Ajax - 5-8MIL

Vicente- Valencia or/Jerome Rothen - PSG - 10MIL

kuffour wants to go to juventus or arsenal but probably arsenal as has family there and arsenal would probably love to have him.
Van bommel is a very good player but we've already got 2 defensive midfielders, do we really need another one.

vicente or rothen would be excellent buys i think.

i would also add rosicky as i think he is hugely underated, great dribbling and passing and shooting and would probably want to leave due to Dortmund doing so terribly
