I’m new to the forum so let me introduce myself I’m Alan Parry and I’ve been a lifelong supporter of Liverpool and I’ve decided to set up a web fanzine magazine (no forum) relating to Liverpool Football Club.

The intention is to cover interesting and funny articles and this is where you come in as I need other people to help me write the articles and they must be aware of the current issues the club face and a slant on how the fans see it. The area I would like to cover is topical issues and can go wider than just football, tainted with a hint of sarcasm and highly laced with humour. I don’t have a problem with the issues being near to the bone nor political as the intention is to provoke.

Obviously not everyone has suitable skills for writing these articles and so I have initially contacted you as from what I’ve seen on the forum you certainly seem suitable. This shouldn’t take too much time as the articles could follow some of the issues covered on the forum. If you interested I would need you to send me a short article (no more than say 100 words) that covers some issue and envelopes the criteria above.

The intention is to advertise on the site and this revenue will then be used pay expenses but initially there will only be credits for each article I’m afraid.

While I have written to you privately if you know someone else on the forum who you think maybe interested could you pass this on to them to see if they are interested?

The intention is to go live at the end of February and you can contact me through the private message facility on the forum.

John Boy said my posting were ****** (and spent a lot of time searching the forum to post some of them>

I had a guy write to me an Alan Parry who liked what I wrote and said could he use some of them, yer know the businessy type stuff I like and I said yes and he wanted to make me sub editor or something like that.

Weren't you asked? He said he wanted peeps with interesting articles and witty ones!
