Agreed. But even if Everton has had a quite remarkable season so far, I don`t think they`ve got what it takes to finish the season in the same manner. Same goes for Boro. I, for one, am happy for every point Spurs drops ???

I think Rooney is eligible to play on Saturday. Either way I have a good feeling on this one.

Thanks for that Stmichael. I thought Wednesday was his last match. It was a three match suspension wasnt it?. Spurs, Exeter, Chelsea or do the cup matches not count?

I was under the impression that he was available for saturday  . if he came anywhere near anfield he wouldnt get out alive on the coach for the evertonains tryin to smash the the coach up and rag the little fat sh#te out of it :D .

Nar to be honest he doesnt look very happy at old twatford he knows he made a big mistake goin there, he wont be there come next season, how can you play for a team whos fans and some of your fellow team mates hate scousers ???
He must be sick of the congs and chants them sad b@stards sing even when they arnt even playin us :D
They were singin anti scouse songs when they played newcastle how sad can you be?
Whether or not he played for everton hes still a scouser and so are his family and mates, so if they think Stevie will go to them they are more thick than I originally thought.
Rooneys scruffy auntie was at some party at my cousins over chrimbo, she said to our anthony are you margarets son waitin for him to say why are you waynes aunty :D  and he just went yer, she brought a tray of sausage rolls an a bottle of lambrini

Hopefully by saturday we have signed a good striker and he can play, we are desperate for attacking options cant just rely on Riise to be scoring, pongos to lightweight, plus Mellor and pongo will probably play tomorrow night.
Dont know if Baros will be fit? for saturday either.
We really need to win this one more than ever, we had chelsea there for the taking if it hadent have been for old mother reilly
And Alonsos injury, andy gray said that tackle did not deserve a yellow card from Lampard oh f@ck off he broke his ankle and put him out for 3 months  .
Who evers been lookin down on us with this horrible curse for years now should start lookin down on someone else, gettin sick of it now, 10 major injuries already half way through this season, it is nearly a full team.
Even Houllier was cursed with these injuries, lets hope the start of 2005 lady luck falls on our side and we can finish in the top 4, who knows we could even get 3rd.
So starting on saturday 2-1 win for us.
Cmon u reds
Hate the scum and would love to turn them over on saturday.

i don't see the benefit of shifting the defence around for such an important game. i think he'll realistically go for this.

                                  dudek

      finnan           carra            hyypia         traore

      nunez           hamann        gerrard        riise

                                  garcia

                                  baros

i just can't see the point of playing garcia wide right. he's not disciplined enough to play there. at least nunez gives us balance, even if he has been a bit hit and miss so far.

i am more optimistic in the run up to this game than the games against chelski and arsenal cos united are  depleted up front and in midfield and cos we destroyed those teas in terms of keeping possesion and creating chances. we have to be up for it tho. my team:
dudek
finnan
carra
hyypia
traore
luigi
hamann
gerrard
riise
baros
sinama
Steve Gerrard Gerrard,
He'll pass the ball 40 yards,
He's quick and he's f*cking hard,
Steve Gerrard Gerrard.

Garcia will be no good as a winger because he isn't one. He's best when he's playing right behind the striker, I rather have Nunez instead.
