I think we have done well to find a buyer for Biscan. The few half decent displays hes put in this season seem to have attracted a bidder. Its good news. Whilst hes become a novelty act at Anfield he simply is not and never has been good enough. Good luck to him at Southampton but he has not been worth a penny of the crazy fee we paid for him.

Not good enough - simple as that. Don't want to say anything nasty about the guy because he seems a quiet, decent bloke. I want winners at Liverpool - not cult heroes.

i just dont see what he has done for the club, to really keep him. He has played a few good games, just to up the price. He is the same as diao and should be let go in january.

Biscan can prob get us 3 million in my book. we need all the money we can get to strengthen the defence & right wing.

alright but he didnt really show his potential we sought out for when we bought him. If he can bring us 3 million, even 2 million would be alright.

And the reason is because he played in almost every position except his natural position. It's like making a left-handed person write with their right, naturaly the handwriting will look better when written with left than with the right.

but the question is would you keep biscan, or would you sell him to southhampton for 2-3 million. The money could go towards finishing the morientes deal.

In the perfect world, diao & diouf would be sold. that is not gonna happen. We have to pay clubs to take them (in other words we have to get campo to get rid of diouf).

With hamann signing a 2 yr old contract (and even he is not guranteed a game now), i guess selling biscan would be the rite decision now.

its not a question of having more money to throw at the morientes deal. benitez has his top price and that, as they say, is that.

in some ways i feel a bit sorry for igor if he has to go. he's been given a bit of a rough time at anfield, made to play in unnatural positions and then left out for not doing well there. i hope he goes to a decent side who'll give him games in his proper position. and i'll wish him all the best when he goes.

The thing is if biscan goes to saints, there is a possibility that he would be playing nationwide football next season. I hope he takes that into consideration.....
