morientes and another 3 players and we would be complete canizares in goal at 31 he has another 3 good seasons in him just kept 10 hrs of clean sheets until ronaldinho scored that penalty,rafa knows him inside out he is quality and would know rafa game plan.centre back mocherra also at valencia world class,and a decent right winger in vicente or jochquin thats all we need to start competing with the best none of this we haven't got the funds cause our captain knows we a a few world class players short and unless we sort it out he will just get in patient and pack his bags,that i'm not wanting but unless we take the plunge soon we all know he will go and who can blame him.we need investment from somewhere and the sooner the club sorts it out the better.

Rafa's style of management is team oriented, not star oriented. He wouldnt pay 30m+ for Joaquin.

I'd like to see Joe Cole come over or Malbranque for the RHS midfield position, and a young pacy central defender. Sammi's having a better season this one than the last 2, but he's getting caught out for pace too often at the back.

all we need is a couple of strikers maximum i say.
anelka and morientez would be perfect. As for centre backs, wingers etc, we have cover and need to allow our youngsters an opportunity. lets not start harping on about spending 50 million, theres no point.
in a perfect world no one would spend that and no one would buy the titlem but what we have is good. the injuries we had bizzarely all hit attacking players but we dont need to do any kind of mad spending spree imo

i'd prefere to see more than just a couple of strikers, as most have said a CB and a Wide player would go down a treat, as for the youth getting a chance, Rafa has already shown he like to rotate to an extent, (resting Alonso and starting Diao- i'd much rather see better quality than Diao bought in when one of Alonso, Gerrard, Hammann are being 'rested'- regardless of the opposition)
