Seems like Isak is coming. Palace needs to get in players for them to let Guehi go which makes that transfer less certain.

Romano saying a deal done for 130mil. Thats great news if true..I'd say Guehi will come in as well as Palace would be mad to turn down 35mil.

Not convinced we need to splash so much money on Isak but we do need more forwards in our squad. Joe Gomez might (sadly) be going to AC Milan so hopefully we get Guehi in too.

I think we need to go for Guehi and keep Gomez, he’s too versatile and we may have two injury prone right backs to deal with.

Marc Guehi confirmed for Liverpool. Total spend expected to be £445 million. My mind is blown. I'm loving it tbh, but my natural pessimism worries about fitting so many players into our squad. That must be 7 plus Ngumoha now. Presumably Elliott and Gomez will go on loan now. I'm just going to roll with it!

Can't believe we spent that much tbh but delighted that we did. The way we are run means we should be in a position to have the odd window like this. I've given FSG loads over the years but credit where its due now. Well done.

I guess that's why we blocked a transfer for Gomes. Good thing we did that since Guehi deal appears to be off since Palace's replacement for him went somewhere else. We'll probably get Guehi in January for a cut price or next summer for free.

Palace have acted extremely incompetent. If they knew they they were going to sell him they should have lined up alternatives before the last day of the window. Now they won't get apenny for their best player next summer.

The guy they wanted chose Westham, well they'll be losing him prolly on a free in summer or cut price in Jan. Will just have hope we get no injuries at CB and Leoni comes in good.
