Sad to hear that Joey Jones passed away last night aged 70..Never forget he ate the Frogs Legs,made the Swiss Roll and then he Munchened Gladbach RIP YNWA

Poor old Joey, RIP. In my mind he's still a young man with a great smile on his face. How time flies.

Sad news indeed, Joey was never the most skilful or cultured of players but he would literally run through a brick wall for you. He was there to give the team a fighting spirit, to give it a soul. With teammates like Kevin Keegan, Emlyn Hughes, Ray Clemence etc etc he played in a great team in a great era, an era before the game became sanitised.
Thanks for everything Joey, Rest in Peace mate.
