I hope Ole don't get the sack before our game.

What would be the odd if his sacked after we beat them. Lol would mean Klopped got 2 Manc managers sacked.

He'll survive until our match. But a 5-0 mauling will be the end of him.

What a weekend!!

LFC stopped Leicester's winning streak
City  lost
United lost
Spurs lost
Bitters lost - all to non threatening teams
Palace stopped the Hammers recent improvement
After just 8 games we are a massive 5 games (15 points) above the scum.
Everton are in the relegation zone.

I know it's only October but what a whacky, whacky situation!
Man U have scored only 9 goals in 8 games and conceded 8. Pogba will start demanding to leave in January soon,
the club obviously has major structural issues which cannot be resolved over night, changing Ole will achieve nothing.
Players won't want to go to Utd, their sponsorship deals will all pay out on the minimum stated value - no bonuses obviously basis performance
so they'll have to adjust their business plan so less money for players and wages... fookin' brilliant.

We might want to look back on the league in the weeks/months to come - for good or for bad purposes!

I'd still be nervous if we were 8 points clear with 3 games left

City is cracking, 0-1 behind at home to Chelsea now...and Pep might just packed up and go

Not gonna get rid of them that easy. We have a good lead but still a big fight ahead of us.

Think this is Pep's last season. He is getting humiliated by Klopp and will want to go to another money bags club with a squad that will walk the league. My money is on PSG or Juventus at the end of the season.

If he wins the champions league it definitely will be but if he wins nothing he may not want to go out that way.

He's not going to leave simply because he wins nothing in a season. Thhe question is when is the Pep cycle over and they'll have to renew the squad as that'll be the logical exit. David Silva, Aguero etc.. when logically they're finished so will be Pep. More likely end next season. Fat Sam time.

Bitter sweet result for the bitters !! Their fans would problem rather see them relegated than for Liverpool to win the league !!  Just hope we can put a few more nails in their coffin on Wednesday night  :grinning:
