Yes he has made mistakes and yes it is possible that we could get another goalkeeper who made less mistakes but didn't manage to pull off some of Migns wonder saves. Some clown recently wrote (not on our beloved forum) that his mistakes had cost us 15 points this season and that we would be second in the league if it wasn't for all Migns clangers. The clown totally ignored the fact that on several occasions with the very limited number of goals that we score that he was a key reason why we managed a win or a draw. If we had a half decent mdfield and an attack that actually scored goals then a massive amount of the pressure would be lifted off his shoulders. This lad gets castigated more than any other player in the team. On Sunday he made sevral saves that kept us in the game but lests forget that and concentrate on his mistakes. Well all I can say is that it was a fkg good job that he didn't wait until the 87th minute to actually do what he is paid to do. One shot on target in 87 minutes. THAT IS THE REAL PROBLEM !!

Mingolets mistake totally changed the whole dynamic of the match though, before he f**ked up the game was pretty cagey and I actually thought we looked quite comfortable, after his mistake we were forced to throw caution to the wind which then allowed City to continually pick us off on the break.
Yes he made some unbelievable saves either but he wouldn't have had to if he would have made that routine save.
In big finals against sides like City you just can't afford to gift them a goal like that.

Let's not forget that if it hadn't been for Mign we would not have been in the final !!
