However, if he doesn't go around biting people it would help everyone to treat him the way we really want, as a world class footballer.
Fact is he has brought all of this on himself.
What do people expect? He has bitten an opposing player 3 times now!

Say he stays next season and does it again playing for LFC, what then? How many times before we say "that's enough"?

And say he stays and doesn't and has an even better season and wins us the league?

How many times did Gerrard commit dangerous wreckless career threatening injury tackles in his early career? I didn't hear one Muppet pipe up then in the same way. This is only different because its Luis.

No one said he's an angel, but the good ear out weighs the bad

Stu just say it if he brings us the title you would let him get away with murder. The lad was suspended for how many games so far 15? 20? Bite an opponent 3 times ,involved in racial slurring ,views fair play as a suggestion and i'm being generous...But as long as he scores we should all shut the hell up.

I cannot honestly see any defence, there is none. It's impossible to defend his actions.

he has to submit something, maybe he could claim he was stumbling and chelini hit him a shoulder in the mouth  :D thus leaving the marks. the thing is that he is innocent till proven otherwise unless he's been hung already because of his previous.
maybe chelini knew this and acted upon it to try and get him sent off or maybe as lugano said those marks are old, either way he deserves a hearing and a chance to defend himself rather than be crucified without a trial.
it wont matter either what his punishment is because to some it will never be enough  :nod

So only me, you are now bringing up the f.a. Charge, which quite frankly was a complete joke into this and comparing a little bite which doesn't even draw blood to murder? Are you actually for real? The way you are carryin on you would think he'd had sex with a child or assaulted a fan or ended someone's career or deliberately missed a drug test or slept with Sh*t loads of prozys.... Oh wait... No, he's nipped someone and not even drew blood....

Gerrard has threw in five or six leg breakers in his career, also been done for assault. an odd little bite on someone that does NO HARM what so ever. Get a sense of f*cking perspective for Christ sake.

Like intelligent people have already said.... What would any footballer rather face? A nibble or de jong assaulting players every chance he gets?

Its alright to break someone's leg, but if you spit at someone or bite them you're lower than low. I WILL SAY IT ONCE MORE. PERSPECTIVE!

talk about over the top ...he sucked a couple of limbs......nobody was carried off on a stretcher, nobody missed any games through injury....so letting Suarez get away with murder hardly falls into the same category....dead means you miss the rest of the season were as slobber on your shoulder means you wince a little..

I may be wrong here but this is a FIFA issue, not an FA issue so he shouldn't serve any ban in the league for his club should he? 2 separate organisations. have I dreamt that up?

Leeroy, apparently FIFA are the overriding authority on world football and have the ability to impose any sanctions across both club and country football.

Not 100% sure, but that's the statements being banded around at the moment.

I can see the FA jumping on the side of FIFA anyway, just for that ***** kissing opportunity.

I'll tell you what...Chiellini have salami breath, don't blame Luis for taking a nibble. After all he's one of us, and he'll score goals so it's all right. TBH he hasn't killed anyone so why all the fuss?  How's that for perspective?

What if he got hit with a worldwide ban, including ALL competitive and friendlies? I'm sure the power to be will find a way to push the dagger in and this time I'll see which fuk-kers will try to defend him.  :help He might be a genius and wearing the Liverbird but this is a sport and such behaviour cannot be tolerated (not once, but 3 times now). My heart just sank I really have no good words to say about him

I think he's a disgrace and needs locking up with murderers and rapists and child abusers. Hes such a bad horrible person and the death penalty is the only fit course of action.

I mean, poor Chiellini... The lad has lost everything. And its all down to Suarez.
What must the poor Italian be thinking? I bet he will never play again...

Is it a ridiculous act.  Of course it is.  Is it deplorable behavior?  Absolutely.  But it's not like he's caused any sort of injury to a player.  As has been mentioned.  I'd take a nibble from a complete facking nutter over a leg breaking tackle.

That said.  Luis sure doesn't make it easy on himself does he?

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

I'm a bit surprised about the Turmoil. I just have read that even Fowler had a go on him. If that's murder in football, please people tell me what's this

It's a European football final. A red card? yes. But I'd rather be bitten by Suarez than receiving some of the tackles that can destroy your knee

are you struggling to comprehend the difference between international and club ?
what if FIFA look at the evidence and decide he has nothing to answer for ? or only gets a 6-8 match ban ? will that be enough for you ?

Lets be honest with ourselves here lads ,its not 'normal' is it  ? I mean this type of action is only usually seen at a straightener....to my mind its
never been seen at the biggest tournament in world football ,and possibly not the occasion to select to make its debut  ???

As soon as Luis done that against Italy my first thought was what an absolute' Dickhead' ,and if it wasn't for the sublime football he plays
whilst in the red of Liverpool I wouldn't give a flying f*ck where he ended up  ....My second, and far more disturbing was to genuinely feel for the lad
because he so needs treatment ,and he needs it rapidly ,and its obviously something he cant control .

I'm sorry, if I'm a little curt in my opinion ,but  I've backed Luis from day one ,but bringing your teeth down on an opponent or indeed spitting are two
of the most  cowardly acts even in Sunday League football ,and if I was the victim I would land an uppercut so hard on the perpetrator that his country
would  have to wait until 2018 for all the pieces of his jaw to fucking land.

I mean the lad seriously needs treatment ,because the actual extent of loss of control is quite frankly disquieting ,and when he does it repeatedly
its a serious issue ,the fact his latest and most public indiscretion was played out in front of a quite colossal world audience simply points to the
need for serious contemplation both from the club and the lad himself.

Maybe a record  ban from all International football would suffice and hurt sufficiently enough to draw the importance of his affliction into
his own 'little world' and the one he currently resides in ,but whatever censure befalls him ,this issue needs to be addressed.

Disclaimer : I love Luis Suarez the 'footballer' for the sorcery he gifts us on the ball ,I just wouldn't ask him to go for a bevy with me and
the lads ,because if you want your night to run smoothly you simply don't invite short fused loons into your company  :D

FIFA sources say Suárez' punishment has to reflect reality:"What's the difference between what he did & a head butt, or a deliberate elbow?"

Suárez minimum ban would be as for violent conduct: four matches, though could be more. All to be served with national team.
