Well, one thing that comes to mind is that if he did apologies, then it's an admission of guilt (so to speak), therefore, he is not likely to apologies as it would further weaken his and his advisors (the rats) stance.

Anyway, IMO, he is not going anywhere until next summer.

If he refuses to apologies what happens then mate ?

He continues to train on his own ?

Well, if that's the stance the club takes if he refuses, then unfortunately, there is not much anyone else can do. I'm sure the management at LFC will take the most appropriate action that will work in the clubs favour.

It's going to be a tricky situation though possibly - I'm not sure what else the club could do

It's one of those frustrating 'wait and see' situations. It will be fine.

Guardiola isn't doing this on his own, suarez is obviously a willing participant to go along with it. Maybe badly advised but he clearly knows what he is saying.
The next time he decides to seek solstice with the media he apparently hates i hope the club fine the life out of him.

Not that I think it will matter much as for how the club will act in the end, but I am sure Suarez will play out his final cards before the window closes
And it will not be pretty and not something that will make us like him more...
He will be put in the freezer until he comes to terms with the fact that he signed a long term contract last summer with no "clauses" in it.

I am going to be happy if/when he comes back and scores the goals but he will just be remembered by me as another player that played for us.
No hero, no legend, nothing and will not miss him much when he goes next summer.

Stay or go, I don't really care anymore. As a player,a man and a human bring I have no respect for him whatsoever. He was signed by the greatest football club on earth. We backed him to the hilt which a lot of clubs would not do under the circumstances. He should now learn some humility apologize to the board, management and fans and just get on with it. As my respect for Suarez has all but vanished, my respect for John Henry and Brendon Rodgers has increased 10 fold. About time these diva mercenaries where put in there place.YNWA

As a player he needs to play more than the club needs him to play. I think he may give us a great season with a view to move next summer. It must be a knock to his pride to not be chased as Bale is or any of the big players that have been sold and his football ego will justify it hopefully by finally accepting that the drama does not help his cause. He may feel embarrassed by his behaviour and give us a great season.

If we do hang onto him for the upcoming season maybe, just maybe, he'll realise that if he wants the likes of Madrid (not just Arsenal) to make a bid for him that LFC can't/won't turn down he'll have to put in a top shift this season and cut out all the  "silly" stuff.

Allegedly he was signing autographs for kids yesterday at Melwood. Either he's showing remorse and trying to repair the damage, or he's bloody arrogant.

This guy really reminds me of Tevez. Total disrespect. And Carra shouldn't be saying what he's saying. It will just inflate the ego of this kind of person... even though what he said may be true...

Arsenal are ready to make Luis Suarez the best paid player in the club’s history if they can finally sign him from Liverpool this summer.

The Gunners have made buying Suarez their number one priority, and have already offered a club record fee of £40million plus £1 to sign him.

Liverpool have turned that bid down, and insist the player will stay put, but Arsene Wenger is increasingly confident he will get his man.

According to reports in Uruguay, the Frenchman has already drawn up a four-year-contract for Suarez to sign, that would see him take home £160,000-a-week at the Emirates Stadium.

Suarez currently earns around £120,000-a-week after negotiating a pay rise last summer, but Arsenal are willing to blow that amount out of the water.

Lukas Podolski and Theo Walcott currently lead Arsenal’s rigid wage structure, both pocketing £100,000-a-week each, but Suarez would be a special case.

He is seen as a marquee edition to the squad, and the work he is doing to force a transfer will be rewarded if the deal goes through with a signing on big fee already mooted.

Arsenal expect movement on this deal in the next few days.
