I pretty sure that should be clear enough for you.

For us to have the slightest chance of CL in the coming years - we need to keep players of the ability of Suarez.

That clear enough for you ?

So
You admit there is a chance of us qualifying for the CL next season, which means were not a million miles away
Yes thats clear (like it was many posts ago you beaut)

The chance of us qualifying for the CL is very slim - it's that slim it's a million miles away - how's them apples for you or did you want to carry on being pedantic to try and keep scoring points to deflect away from the real debate that we are about to lose it seems our one and only true player because we can't offer him CL.

It makes zero difference if you think we can get CL footy next season despite us not being anywhere near for the last 4 years - the facts don't really back it up and we can't give him European football right now so he is possibly going to go to a club that will.

£20 million plus Higuain and they've got a deal.  Nothing less than 40 cash, and that's only if that buyout clause is real.

But honestly, they seem to have made it pretty clear that Higuain is leaving this summer.  I know it's a long shot, but if we could get him in exchange, that would be a hell of a transfer.  He's a player who can score, but gets a lot of assists every year and isn't afraid to pass the ball.

That side is really lacking cohesion.  FFS Mourinho couldn't even get them to defend properly.  They have plenty of players who can create and get goals.  Oh and BTW they don't have a manager do they?

Ello mate and Madrid buying players without the manager isn't a new thing - same with buying players that they don't really need. They still live in a galactico era. But the one thing they do miss is a consistent clinical striker - neither Higuain or Benzema have really nailed down that role - now imagine Suarez in that role

To be honest, before this season, I think you'd be hard pressed to find many to refer to Suarez as a clinical striker.  And although he scored for us this season, he still missed plenty of chances.

I do agree with your other points about Real though.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

You agree but you cannot admit you agree, even though your words contradict you. What goes on in that wonderful, strange mind of yours?
How does a "slim chance" equate to a "million miles away"? We have a chance to qualify with Suarez, but we dont because "the facts dont really back it up"
I am deflecting nothing, I am merely stating that we were 12 points off 4th place and that cannot possibly be a "million miles away", unless you are a contrary, argumentative oaf who uses daft phrases to back up their "opinions"

You are amazing and special and long may you continue to entertain and intrigue me

i agree mate,  he`s a morientes mark II imo. lots of these players look good playing for bullys like madrid but once they move to a team that doesnt hold all the aces they look very average. if madrid want suarez they can give us the full £40m in cash. no part exes.
they`ve already taken the p1$$ out of us once before when they gave us £11m and nunez for owen (back when he was european player of the year and worth £30m) so i hope we tell them where they can stick that offer of £20m and callejon, the cheeky *****

I highly doubt Higuain would be motivated to play here.

40 million straight cash or fark off. Madrid have the cash, they can afford to pay 60 for Bale they can afford 40 for Suarez easy.

Are people seriously suggesting that Higuain wouldn't be a good signing for Liverpool ?
We have been strongly linked to Aspas ffs, Higuain is 10 times the player Aspas is, or Borini for that matter. He's more clinical than Sturridge and imo fits our system perfectly with his excellent runs behind defenders and movement inside the box. The only somewhat realistic forward I would take ahead of Higuain to replace Suarez would be Mario Gomez (Bayern are trying to get rid of him but Dortmund seem to be reluctant to take him). A different player and one I'm not sure Rodgers would want but he'll stick it in the back of the net with better efficiency than most.
