You do know why dont you?
???

Because I think it's more serious than your average red card offence hence a stronger punishment than just a 3 game ban.

Hopefully you can grasp it now.

I knew you'd thought it through, you little tinker
I ask again: if a 7 game ban didnt deter him from repeating the offence why the fu'ck would a 5 or 6 game ban?
Please hurry up because you are boring me
Thanks

We're getting away from the subject. I was only trying to say that we aren't given a fair treatment. I believe that all of these should be treated in the same way and I just named those examples (headbutting, kicking etc. which in reality are more serious than biting IMO) in order to support my statement; that we aren't treated fairly. With these examples I was also trying to say that if someone deserves a longer punishment it is those who have done or had a bigger possibility of doing a bigger damage to their "victim".

I think you believe the same Benny. I really don't know why are we having this argument.

Because I would hope that the deterrent would come from closed doors from the club

The ban is the punishment for the act

It's not rocket science ( or is it rocket surgery )

Maybe in the end he won't ever learn and continue to put himself in these situations

And people will think that biting a fellow pro is actually worse than a late tackle etc - in a physical game tempers flare and tackles fly in and people go overboard but biting someone ! That's a disgusting cowardly act.

As for fair treatment - every club will believe there is an agenda against them

So maybe all these stupid lengthy bans are a waste of time? Now you are begining to think like an adult
Keep it going and you may say something sensible soon...

A ban isn't given in the instance as a deterrent  - it's called punishment

I'm sure even you understand that.

What would be your punishment for Suarez

There is a difference between making a tackle and deliberately kicking opponents.

So we go back to where we started. Is breaking someone's nose better than biting him? Just because it was disgusting and cowardly (which I agree that it was), it doesn't mean that it's worse than the other examples.

I really didn't plan on arguing on this silly and obvious matter for this long. We aren't treated fairly and it's a fact. I'll stop now, it's getting silly, the subject isn't worthy.

So youre going for retribution rather than deterrent? Interesting
In punishing Suarez you would effectively be punishing LFC and therefore the supporters. How twisted are you?
What the fu'ck have I done to you to deserve this???
