Suarez bit a player - it's not a natural reaction within football or any other sport

Why are people bringing up Keane or Cantona to try and find some justification for what Suarez did - there is none and there is no comparison - to make it worse this isn't an isolated incident.

There is only one person bringing all these issues onto the club - Suarez , it's not the FA's doing.

What you have Liverpool FC do with him then ?

The club are doing what they can - fine him , warn him , the FA will ban him and fine him and then it's down to Suarez - he needs to stop and now or the club will lose patience and sell him.

A fine , banned till the end of the season and an apology...all that is needed

but the Suarez haters will not be happy until he is driven from these shores..

And Suarez is doing all he can to help them.

Suarez wouldn't be "hated" if this incidents didnt keep happening.

There isn't much left to discuss.  He screwed up big time, he apologised, its being handled internally, he got a fine, we'll accept any further punishment from the FA.   Rodgers probably took his head off in private.

So far the club have handled it fantastically well.

Absolutely no reason why we should consider selling him though.  Unless of course we want to weaken our squad and strengthen a rival...

A woman just called 5 Live to blame Suarez for her son being bitten by a fellow pupil at school today. I think the debate's reached its limit.

I dont think anyone is defending what he did. It was stupid but its not like he is the only one doing stupid things on the pitch.
He apologized and accepted his fine and will get a ban. He deserves his ban but honestly its not that big of a deal. Defoe only got a yellow card for biting mascherano.

The Defoe incident was seen by the ref and dealt with on the pitch.

This one wasnt.

And a defence of "he isn't the only one doing stupid things" isn't good enough an excuse or justification

Now Cameron's issued a statement. This just gets more laughable. As if he hasn't got anything more important to worry about.  :kungfu:
