P@ss poor from day one, stinking the place out every day since.

Harsh, to be honest. He's not a RB

Seems like a terrific lad Henderson but he needs to show the spirit and determination
of Shelvey who takes risks in games and leaves nothing on the park, plus bags goals.

Hendo can play short passes and ask for it back until the cows come home but you need
to make an impact on some level.

If hes got more we need to see it sharpish as the stakes are too high to carry passengers
and theres younger kids like Suso and Sterling getting the nod over him now.

Based on what potential was this lad bought? I'm really curios as to why we splashed 15-20 mil on this young lad. He is a hard worker I give him that ,he has decent pace ,but what else? I just don't have any hope for the lad because he doesn't have ONE skill in which he is really good at.

Mate of mine is a Sunderland supporter and he was not a great fan or particularly bothered when Hendersonson went. He was also amazed at the price tag.
Net Spend Over The Last 5 Years 20/21 to 24/25  (10 years
are in brackets 15/16 to 24/25 )
LFC €300m (€420m)
Everton +€33m (€211m)
Arsenal €557m (€853m)
Spurs €571m (€684m)
Chelsea €945m (€1051m)
Man City €370m (€1038m)
Man United €687m (€1240m)

To be honest guys when has he been given a chance?

Most of Kennys Reign he was played at RM and now with Rodgers he isnt getting time on the pitch and when he does he is shifted to Right back.

The guy needs a confidence boost. We will have a hectic Christmas period where our squad will be stretched to the limits. I hope Hendo gets some time in the middle playing as an Attacking Midfielder which is what he was for Sunderland. In fact id probably play him against Spurs and Drop Gerrard.

How do you know when he hasnt been given a chance?

No lets just keep playing Stevie over and over gain no matter what happens even when he ***** up like he did against Arsenal and Yesterday. Luckily yesterday didnt end up in a goal. Although you would probably find a way to blame it on Henderson.

Shelvey and Hendo arent given half as much chances as they should be. They are meant to be young and the future but somehow they arent given a go apart from in the Europa league and Carling/Fa cup games.

Yes Gerrard has done alot for this club and i hold alot of respect for him probably more than you as i grew up watching him he was the player i wanted to be. He is getting older and can no longer carry LFC he should pass the torch on now.

To be fair he probably needs ten to fifteen full league games to be anywhere near the standard we need him to be. The truth is he aint gonna get that so he is a luxury we cant afford. He brings nothing to the table and is surplus to requirements.
If its any consolation, Downing is worse...

I did not say Stevie was the answer. I've seen enough of hendo to tell me that he's not good enough. that may mean we need a replacement for him in January but until then I'd rather see a out of form Stevie than a incompetent galoot like Hendo.

ship him

Stevie and Hendo in midfield were completely lost on Sunday. Unfortunately for Hendo, he just can't seem to show up when it matters most in the Premiership. Maybe our news sports psychologist can help  :help

I hate to agree with this, but I simply have to. Jordan Henderson is *****. I have not seen one jot of talent since we have signed him, of a decent player.

Henderson is hardly effective but if you slate him for his performance on Sunday you have to also slate Gerrard and Allen. All three were equally bad.

Henderson was sh.ite, is sh.ite and always will be sh.ite.

And yes I agree Gerrard and Allen didn't cover themselves with glory against Swansea either however that was not their normal standard whereas for Hendershiteson, that was him playing out of his skin. He had zero impact on the game. Zero. As did my 78 year old mother who didn't even see the game as she doesn't have Sky anymore.

Of the 3 midfielders , Gerrard was by far the worst on display.......
