he has 3 kids at seventeen? to two different women?
you have got to be taking the proverbial with that one thommo  :lookaround

You think its not possible? Thats 3 shags my friend (2 if its twins)
Any man who has sex from the age of 14, 15 or even 16 could easily have 3 kids to 2 women. Even more if he banged more women!

I don't care what Sterling does in his private life, that's down to him, if he wants to father lots of children or punch women that's upto him, all I'm interested in is what he does or doesn't do on the football pitch.

i would not support a player who abuses women. I hope the club doesn't either. Yes what matters is on the pitch, but i want my kids to be LFC fans and i don't want them to idolise low-life.

I hope Raheem is cleared of this.

Well apparently all this woman had is a scratch on her face, it can't have been that bad of an insult if all Raheem did was leave a scratch, for all we know this woman could be lying which leads me onto another point - whatever happened to Downing's incident last season? He was arrested for an altercation with an ex-girlfriend and nothing was heard about the incident afterwards. This tells me it's a non-story!

Wow - Speechless!!!  :no
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

I'm not defending domestic violence, but we don't know the facts, how do we know Raheem even laid a finger on her? How do we know that it wasn't this woman in question that instigated the violence and Raheem through defending her gave her a scratch on the face? I don't think Raheem should be vilified for defending himself. If a woman came at me in a violent manner she'd get a bang to the nose. If Raheem has attacked her for no reason then he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Boxscarf, i assumed that's what you meant. We should always be supportive of our players, suarez case in point. but re-read your previous posts, its not that obvious.

the above is not ok. but since its an accusation we should stand behind our player and wait for due process.

I'm not interested in what a footballer does off the pitch. I couldn't care less if someone like Andy Carroll was going out clubbing every weekend, providing he was doing the business on the pitch, then I couldn't care less what he does off it. If Raheem hit a woman, punish him for it, but to be honest I am not interested in what he does off the pitch. If he's playing well for the club then that's all that matters to me.

I will never support a player or any man who hits a woman!! The fact that you have no qualms about what these footballers, who by the way are idolised by millions of children, get up to speaks volumes of your moral compass.

I assume that this is a baseless accusation though becuase I can't even imagine a young woman so frail that she'd be beaten up by little Raheem, he's not exactly Mike Tyson.

I'm not saying it is right for a man or woman to use violence or aggression towards another person, animal or someone else's belongings. I remember the big up roar surrounding Jermaine Pennant's arrival here, some fans pointed towards the fact he was wearing a tag and was known to the Police. It never bothered me, Jermaine Pennant might well be a vile scumbag off the pitch (I don't know him personally, so I cannot comment), but on the pitch he was a good little winger who was performing well for Birmingham. Who remembers the Bellamy and Riise golf club incident? Again, I couldn't care less about what happened there, it never happened on the pitch, so it was of no concern to me.

My moral compass is perfectly fine, I just hate this faux-outrage that people display all the time. It gets on my nerves, nearly as much as people who get offended and actively seek out offensive material in order to have a right to be offended. These people are an absolute menace to society. If Raheem has assaulted someone and has done so unprovoked then by all means punish him, but I can't say I care much about the story or the woman involved.
