Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Yea I watched it yesterday, and I thought it was fantastic.  It gets personal with Rogers and some of the players in a way that makes them seem so normal.  Honestly it was really good, and my bro who's a newcastle fan was impressed as well, so it's not just for Liverpool fans I guess.

It was ok - didn't really offer us anything we didn't know and it's purely set up for the American market.

Brendon says about Carroll how he can adapt WTF!! He was told to get him off the wage bill. End of. We are now a USA led franchise not a football club

Funny programme.  Nice to see Brendans new mansion in Formby, with swimming pool + a club Porsche thrown in.

Stevies mansion also, how the other half live!

Carra doing meditation was funny

rodgers is getting a bit of stick over this, the t.v reviewer in todays daily mirror is calling him david brent, he takes the p1$$ out of rodgers having a big picture of himself on his wall and also some of his mannerisms and sayings.
to be fair to rodgers though he didnt have much say in the matter, fox had been filming for months before he even arrived at the club.
surprised kenny gave this the ok, the reviewer says liverpool may be bottom of the table in terms of football but when it comes to giving the rest of the country a laugh we are top of the league.  :veryangry

I haven't watched the opening episode and I won't be watching it at all. This reality tv sums up what is wrong with the world and I find it disgusting that people like Gerrard can live in Mansions with sportscar and a monumental amount of wealth while his fellow Liverpudlians are struggling to make ends meet.

It's a stupid programme to be making, not even United have come up with something as silly as this. Out of interest just how much money will the club make from this stupidity?

Other programmes for City, Chelsea and Arsenal are already in the pipeline

Even if it nets us £1mil - its money for doing nothing
