The verdict was over 6 months ago. The club had a chance to appeal and they turned it down - the first thing the court of arbitration would do us ask why the club didn't appeal and they promptly throw out the case.

i understand whats going on perfectly benny.
it wouldnt matter that it was only 6 months ago or that we didnt appeal because to bring the case to them would be on the basis of what it was,an unfair process so why would you appeal to the same?.especially when you have been warned beforehand that an appeal could harden the punishment and thats why the court of arbitration exists as they are not affiliated to any sports organisation.he could appeal it there and not be open to any punishment by the fa either and he would have no other choice to accept their ruling and move on.
i believe that if suarez feels he has been unfairly done then he should fight to clear his name, you dont and i suppose that comes down to the person and whether you have a bit o fight in the belly or not.
its not so much a case of suarez dragging this back up again but whats happened to terry and now everyone is looking to the fa to see what they will do and the fact that its taking them so long to get their finger out tells me that its somehow not going to lead to an independent panel of 3,followed by a complicated report built on circumstance then backed up with a 8 match ban and £40.000 fine for racially abusing an opponent but your not a racist.
if terry walks clean from this then you can bet this whole saga will explode again.

Terry will walk away clean. The FA at most will punish both players, John Terry and Anton Ferdinand with a 2 match ban for unsportsmanlike like behaviour.

Suarez will have a case.

Liverpool FC will have a case.

And us supporters will have a case.

But nothing else will be done.

John Terry will walk away clean as a whistle.

The club fu'cked up by not realising the seriousness of the accusation and foreseeing the response from the hysterical media because of the hypocritical FA.
We cant turn back time and there is absolutely NO grounds for appeal as Suarez admitted he said negrito and he was found guilty from his own evidence.
However he has every right to point out that it was a witch hunt instigated by a lying little c'unt who happens to be black, egged on by that purple nosed tw@t who must have cum in his kecks when he realised how much damage he could do to us.
The whole thing, including the sly little pr'ick pulling his hand away in the famous "handshake" incident, was one of the most baised, unfair, shameful episodes I have seen in all my time watching football. I will not forget it because it was absolutely scandalous, especially the stick Suarez got from every ground he played at.
Lets see if JT gets the same treatment? I think not, because as the Suarez incident proved, the english dont like foreigners being "racist"

We will never move on from this given Evra is still at United and Suarez is still bitter as hell.

The club has to accept that or if not move the lad on simple as that.

The John Terry case has not helpded either and you can see it kicking off again if he
doesnt get hit with an equivalent ban.

Without taking sides the damage done has left a mark and it aint going away.

Doubt it will happen. If reports are to be believed they only want to pay 24Mil for him. Given he has 4 years remaining for him I don't think he would be let go for less than 40Mil. Even then I wouldn't let him go.

Mate I doubt they can muster up anything near what FSG would deem 'an alright offer'. Evern 35Mil is on the short side considering he is one of the best strikers in the country. 40-45mil at least.

from what the bbc say they are going to use him to get van Persie , the van Persie offer is worth 190k a week, so i could see them going up a lot more to get Suarez.

what we have on our side is that Suarez is happy at the club and living in the uk.
