He criticized Lakes for posting stuff from Twitter but recently he's been doing that as well

Milan refused to pay 6 mil Euros for him - that shows how much they rate him.

It's the same every fecking summer with Aquilani. He was a big mistake - a player who was never going to work in the physical nature of the prem and it has proven to be that case.

wether milan were prepared to pay the money or not mate he still made 23 appearances last season for one of the most prestigeous bluechip footballing institutions on the planet.
look at signurdsson, when rodgers took signurdsson to swansea halfway through last season he couldnt even get a game for hoffenheim but if we signed him you`d probably be jumping through hoops now! yet your turning your nose up at someone who played more games for frigging AC Milan last season than signurdsson played for the mighty swansea.
aquilani was similar to carroll in the sense that he signed with a serious injury, infact his injury was worse than carrolls and look how long it`s taken andy to shake off his injury and find his form again.
by the time he did regain his fitness the regime at the top had changed and under both hodgson and dalglish the club wanted to go in a different direction towards a more british style so he was frozen out.
didnt stop him showing in pre season though that when fit he has as much ability and vision as anyone at the club.
i`ll be gutted if rodgers doesnt keep him.

Sigurdsson has nothing to do with it

Aquilani doesnt have the heart or fight to play in the prem - he wants to be back in Italy as quick as possible.

Its time to let him go

sigurdsson does have something to do with it because he`s the type of player we were obviously looking at to play in that attacking midfield role that aquilani can play.
when ever aquilani got a chance to play he did well and more often than not his appearance in the side usually coincided with one of our better performances, the fact is though by the time aquilani was back to near full fitness benitez was under such pressure not to lose (because the yanks and purslow were looking for any excuse to get rid of him) he just filled the entire side with grafters and workhorses. rafa just went uber negative at the end, that was the period when kuyt was f**king abysmal for about 3 months straight but got picked all the time.
but i dont know how you can say he hasnt got the heart to play in the prem when he often won the MoM award in those sporadic appearances, more like he didnt have the heart to get f**ked around by the club.

Did you watch him at all for Milan ? I did and he was nothing special , he flittered in and out of games and just strolled.

3 manager and Liverpool and 2 in Italy didn't want him - that should speak a lot.

you cant blame him for wanting to go back to italy the way he was treated here, and yes he`s been to a few clubs on loan but juventus, roma and milan isnt exactly a bad resume.
given the chance i think he`d do well here, i`d certainly much rather have aquilani in our team than the likes of spearing, adam, shelvey and henderson.
you seem to think our midfield consists of terry mcdermott and graeme souness circa 78/79, open your eyes lad, aquilani would improve us at the moment.
if it was back in the days when we had alonso, mascherano, gerrard, lucas and sissoko then maybe i could see where you are coming from

i`ve seen him in a couple of CL games and he looked quite good.
your plan of bringing someone better in to replace him has gone well the past 2 seasons though hasnt it? how long do we have to wait like?

This isn't about ability - this is about the right fit. Aquilani isn't the right player for the prem. He isn't the first or the last to not work out - most teams get rid ( Veron etc ) where as some still want to keep on trying and trying - it was the same with Ryan Babel. Some players just don't work out.

Aquilani is one of them - he will leave again this summer - hopefully for good and not on loan this time.

Aquilani decided a long time ago he did not want to ply his trade in this country...anyone thinking otherwise hasn't been paying close attention of the goings on at Anfield for the last 2 years

That is slanderous discrimination, accusing somebody of being something they aren't/or part of, is equally as bad as being racist.

If you are going to 'try' and continue using the 'racist card' at least get your moral compass operating properly before doing so.
