I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Luis is gone by the end of the summer or by the end of 2013.
Having said that, I feel real embarrassed to have his kit hanging in my closet next to Stevie's.

dont be so soft, if its one thing to Luis' credit he stuck by his principles and didn't shake a liars hand. It depends which story you buy into like but personally if he did 'refuse' to shake his hands then he gets my applause for sticking to his guns, no matter how stupid an act it was

This whole thing has been blown to pieces by the media, the trouble is is a harsh reaction and attack on Suarez will lead to an equally powerful defence. Suarez knows what he's done and I bet behind closed doors a lot of what's been said won't even nearly reflect either statement that's been put out

FWIW I don't think Luis particularly cares what the media think, he knows he's been well and truly done already, if he cared that much he'd have done a little more over the Evra thing, I think he was lose lose over that tho, I reckon either way the media would have made Evra out as the bigger man. I can't say I didn't laugh when he booted the ball at the Man U bench, he clearly doesn't give a sh!t, must be a nightmare to play against!

Luis has, and always will have my backing. He's a red, that celebration at the FA Cup when we beat the Mancs (enjoy the 5th round you t0ssers!) showed that he knows we're loyal to him and he appreciates that - whether that affects his decision to remain in England is another story but I don't think many would hold that against him after all of this. Time to talk about football people, and a certain cup that Luis is gonna bring home from Anfield South

Walk on
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Bang on.

I think everyone has been able to look over some of the other "minor" issues like some of the diving, arguing, waving arms in the air, getting frustrated and acting out, etc.

However, now that this has come to a real head and fully exposed Suarez and some of the mistakes, it makes everything else look worse too.

Suarez needs to bear down, grow up and stop :censored: around. No more arguing, no more waving arms around, no more acting out. Play hard, concentrate on the game and starting playing football and nothing else. Shut the :censored: up and play the game. That's it.

Agree 100%. He hasn't murdered anyone has he? Selling him is exactly what that whiskeynosed pr1ck wants to see happen. He's made mistakes no doubt, but it's time to move on and get back to doing what he does best.

He may not be a prolific scorer, but we desperately need someone like him to cause havoc to defenders which he is well capable of. I hope he stays with us till he retires.

But in reality I don't think it will happen because it looks like we won't be able to keep him happy without CL football. If we can't qualify for CL by end of next season, I won't be surprised at all if he wants to leave. He may even be gone after this season if RM or Barca want him. Wouldn't you if you were him looking at it from a foreign player's perspective and not as a kopite?

But even if he goes, I won't feel it's a great loss because he's not that prolific plus we have youngsters in Sterling and Suso to make up for it. Just like Kenny had Molby and McMahon to make up for the loss of Souness in the 80s

Suarez misled the club over his intention to shake Evra's hand. It's not an issue if he didn't want to shake his hand...the club could have told the FA and they would have scraped the whole event before the match.

But Suarez said one thing and did another. That's the slap in the face for the club and Kenny and it's a bitter pill to swallow after we backed him to the hilt, damagaing our reputation in the process.

Suarez can repair that damage by keeping his mouth shut and playing well...but he's not got long to do it and if we finish outside the top 4 he will be made one of the scape goats.

Please do not use the words "after WE backed him to the hilt". To use the word WE suggests that you include yourself when in fact you have castigated the Club, the players and the fans for supporting Suarez. You have been nothing short of a disgrace and how you can regard yourself as a supporter is beyond me!

I dont know whether Suarez deliberately intended not to shake Evras hand before the match and neither do you. You have taken the stance that the media and purple nose have convinced you of without knowing the facts. Only Suarez can say whether or not it is true. What I do know is that Evra pulled his hand back just as Suarez got to him. Did this influence Suarez's decision? Again I dont know, but thats what happened. I personally think that Evra knew what he was doing and his celebration jig at the end proved that he is an undignified trouble causer who gloated like a big baby who had got his own way. This is Whiskey Noses finest hour. He's achieved exactly what he wanted. The likely result of this?

1) Divided fan base. (Some even supporting Evra and co)

2) Divided team and staff.

3) Luis Saurez leaving Liverpool.

4) One happy purple nosed pr1ck.

Shocking really.

Let's just hope we can move on now and bounce back from this in style.

i agree with this. I actually think he did intend to.

He saw Evra's hand was barely out.. and thought f8ck that.. and moved swiftly on.

Luis did it wrong. What he should have done was stopped still infront of Evra.. with the hand HALF WAY OUT.. MAKING Evra reach out the other half (or not at all). Luis DID have his hand half way out.. Evra did not... the problem was instead of stopping and forcing Evra to reach out, Luis moved on/

Evra was a clever little sh1t in reaching out AFTER Luis had passed him.

As for the newspaper garbage about Luis must be leaving in the summer... they can do one. Luis is by far our best player, and we as fans must get 100% behind him.
