Whilst the jury is still out on whether Luis mean't to shake Evra's hand or not I read this article by Phil McNulty on the BBC website and it does seem to be a pretty balanced account, of the events of yesterday.

The rose tined brigade can pretend all they like that Suarez went to shake Evra’s hand, but the fact is he blanked him and walked on by. That, in my view, was a huge mistake.
Combine that with the fact that Kenny has (throughout this sorry saga) dissolved himself of any responsibility and you’ve got one f**king, festering mess. There’s no leadership, no moral guidance and no f**king clue form our management or player.
Right or wrong, he should have shaken his hand and moved on. Instead we’re back to f**king square one and LFC is being called a racist football club by the entire world.

He never refused to shake "a black mans hand" , he refused to shake the hand of a liar ...try not to fall into the media trap

This 7__Kewell fella and his minions are a JOKE of supporters, he has the audacity to call himself a fan when it is PLAIN AS DAY THAT Luis and our club have been wronged here.
Luis Suarez is a modern day hero, a man that stands by his beliefs has to be applauded as the whole world turns on him at the same time. That's what what made Muhammad Ali great, that's what made Rubin "The Hurricane" Carter's story immortal. Injustice and racism have nothing to do with someone's skin colour, it is the way they are treated and stereotyped as a human being . He is South American, so he MUST be a cheater, he MUST be a diver, he MUST miss the same ethics and morals of our upstanding and 'non-racist' civil ENGLISH society. It makes me angry reading this s**t EVEN coming from our own so called "fans", hang your heads in shame you f**king muppets. The contempt and vile criticism he has received from England and its media is downright SHAMEFUL.
Was Luis Suarez the cause of the unmitigated disaster that saw the French national team self-implode at the world cup in 2010? Who was their captain at the tournament?
Was Luis Suarez the one that cried wolf and called a Chelsea groundsman a racist? No it was a vile and sick club that made that baseless accusation. The same club that stood behind a drunk wife beating alcoholic captain for so many years and another french idiot that thought he was the next Bruce Lee.
Was Luis Suarez responsible for the unprecendented verbal attack and racist comments made to him earlier this season by a certain individual hell bent on making a mockery of modern day football authority?
Was Luis Suarez guilty of using his own language to defend himself against this disgusting behaviour? Of using a term PERFECTLY acceptable in his own language. Remind me England is a democracy YOU ARE ALLOWED TO EXPRESS YOURSELF IN WHICH EVER WAY YOU SIT FIT, YEAH?
Was Luis Suarez responsible for being gutted and feeling down right robbed when he was given a mind blowing 8 match ban on ORIGINAL CLAIMS that were NEVER PROVEN?!?
Was Luis Suarez guilty of not shaking the same individual's hand a few months later? The same person who kicked off all this "boy who cried wolf" nonsense and HAS never apologised for the racist comments he directed at Suarez that day. Sorry England is a democracy isn't it? People are allowed to do whatever they like, INCLUDING NOT shaking the hands of vile criminal racist little c**ts that hid behind their club and the tabloids.
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, was Luis Suarez responsible for running up to the Liverpool team and wanting to punch on at half-time because their tiny little ego had self imploded yet again? The same little ego that caused one of the most disgusting unsporting scenes in history of English football at the end of the match, which we all know will not get investigated because Luis Suarez is a villan in everyone's eyes.
Manure may have won the game, but Little Luis was still able to score in front of hostile crowd, something few players could have mustered. He stood by his principles and I'm sure the club will back him AGAIN, I stand by Liverpool FC and am proud as punch that I don't support that scum of a club.
Boycott every single rag and media outlet that spews this garbage from this day onwards fellas. Stand together in standing up for your club and our players.
The truth will one day come out and we will all find out this was all just a disgusting devious ploy to unsettle us and the faith we have in our best player. I know which side I stand on.
YOU WILL NEVER WALK ALONE LUIS. NEVER.
