it still staggers me that john barnes' views have not been more prominent on this whole issue considering he's spoke the most sense on the subject i've heard and what he went through when he was a player.

we need to get him in an ambassadorial role at the club.

An interesting rumor I heard, that we'll go for a draw against Oldham so we can play a rematch and have Suarez back earlier :D. A witty though if true, but no.

TBH, I'd rather we not have to go to Oldham. :D

With his luck at the minute the ball would probably get to the half way line then get blown back into his own goal

at the minute the media have only one thing on their mind and thats witchhunt.
they only seem to be interested in people who want to condemn this club.

I've read quite a bit from what people have had to say about it and there's very very few people who have managed to report some of the facts like the referees notes going missing, the way Suarz' and Evra's testimonies were gathered etc. Almost every paper has gone with the 'Luis Suarez has apologised - but not to Evra'. Him and the club should keep their heads down now and let it fade away. KK should draw a line under it and threaten any journalist with banishment if they bring it up again.

Hard for me to say cos have never been a victim but I know some black players who feel that use of 'black ........' is not offensive.
