Unfortunately I read it earlier on the BBC site. So thats the ruling now is it? if you are black you are suddenly an expert (like St. Michael pointed).

I really cant wait for the conclusion of John Terry's case, I wonder if they will get the same kind of headlines?

If this great man was alive he would have sided with Liverpool and Luis Suarez.

To the corrupt FA, the so called English "journalists" hounding our club and the overnight educated experts (both black and white) go visit any South American country with a black population, so you can properly learn why racism does not exist. There you will see whites, blacks and mestizos all living in one country happy with their skin colour and who they are as human beings, having no qualms on getting called blanco, negro or moreno everyday. Why? Because they don't suffer much of old Europe's guilt. They never committed mass genocide like the british did in countless countries across the world (all in the name of religion and "peace"), they never participated in slave trading or denagrating black Africans. And now this shame and burden, according to the FA must be applied to the entire world and different cultures altogether. Hypocrisy at its worst? As a South American YOU have no right to tell us what is racist and what is wrong when YOUR ancestors committed the worst attrocities in human existance.

To the uneducated like Jason Roberts (or who ever the f**k you are) do a bit of reading son. Understand the reasons why South Americans aren't racist morons like your media perputates. Over 200 years ago whites, browns and blacks united all over South America to free themselves from RACIST colonist rule. Brother in arms they won and their countries were free to self-rule including the right to call each other by whatever they felt was right, including Negro and Negrito.

And so Luis Suarez and the rest of latin america has learnt to live in peace with one another, NO MATTER WHAT THEIR SKIN COLOUR or ORIGINS are. Some stupid backwards ruling by a corrupt football organisation on the other side of the world will not change this and never will.

You will never walk alone Luis, never.

Not a chance. He can only gey a maximum £2500 fine and if the courts don't charge him there's no way the fa will. He'll probably get a community sentence or something.

From what I understand, the Terry investigation by the FA was put on hold while the police deal with their investigation. Now, if he is found guilty, then the FA have to continue with their investigation with the knowledge that the evidence in a court of law has proven him guilty and so they have all the proof that he, like Suarez, has brought the game into disrepute. And so the minimum he should get is the same as what Suarez got.

If he is found not guilty, the FA still have to investigate to the same level they did with Suarez.

I can't believe how ignorant and pompous this Gordan Taylor is...

Btw brilliant press conference by Kenny... the man is a legend... I would get feckin :censored: off at the reporters but he calmly stood his ground and shred them to pieces...  :bowdown

racism is about injustice but the ignorant "wider world" seems to think that racism is when a light coloured person insults a black person. A black person can also be racist against a white person. A white person can also be racist against yellow, brown, half brown person and vice versa... is it not?

I'll just have to shake my head and disbelief and disgust...  :no

LFC will walk on... at least we have South America on our side...

Every bone in my body is certain that some sort of corruption has taken place and I cannot resolve myself to believe that 'our club' is defending a racist.

I refuse to rule out the possibility of some sort of malign influence from that 'vile excuse for a human being' who masquerades as  'British football's greatest living manager' up at Castle Greyskull.

This whole issue is a absolute disgrace and everything has been blown up and manipulated out of all proportion.

Sad ,sad times to be a Liverpool fan! There seems to be a witch hunt against this great club! Will it ever end?

The FA have dug themselves into a very deep hole.

They stand on the abyss of being seen similarly weak and inconsistant as UEFA and FIFA when it comes to fairness and transparency. You can't allow a claimant to say he was called a name '10 times' only then to state within the report that that '10 times' is a 'figure of speech'. Ten times suggests constant, targeted goading. Suarez admitted to calling him it once. Massive difference in which the emphasis or understanding of the Uruguayan colloquialism in Spanish has been adequately explained.

To be fair I think you misunderstood his post. Yellsub meant that he doesn't believe that Liverpool would ever support a racist, hence Suarez has done nothing wrong and not a racist :)

Spot on mate. The FA can't do anything as this is now a legal case as opposed to one being handled by the FA so my understanding is that the FA cannot retrospectively apply a ban !!

So Terry is likely to get a heavy fine and community service. Doubt he will be jailed but he could be. Highly unlikely though.
