To be fair, that was their first game as owners i believe? How ruthless would that have been?

They wouldnt have faced any opposition should they have wielded the axe, in a way the Owl done us a favour I dont believe that the owners wanted kenny as a manager I think they wanted their own man. Not that I have no proof of this just a feeling. Anyway Im delighted with the outcome him being around just makes you feel good.

Personally i think we’re are...maybe it’s our new policy of buying home grown or the fact the other clubs know we’re looking to improve, but we’re defiantly spending more than we should. Don’t get me wrong, i think our new players are improving the squad and we’ll be challenging....I just fear the silly season is descending upon Anfield and we're getting ripped off on a massive level on our transfers
