More worringly there is an article with players we are linked with!!!

There is no way we are not going to buy some wingers this summer, probably a good thing not to be sticking our targets on the clubs TV station

Just watched an interview with Comoli on LFC.TV and from what he says it looks like it gonna be a very busy summer. This thread might even get more posts in it then the Twit and :censored:

Nah, I dont think we need him, and It will be a risk, as he turned out to be a flop at Juve. He's a player for the German league, should have never left Werder IMO. And yeah, he is more central, I'd rather concentrate on players like Young or Turan.

Same here... The main issue would remain the balance of the side though with Gerrard, Meireles, DM (Lucas?) and Diego competing for a maximum of 3 spots and thats assuming we decide to go with the 5-3-2..

He's be one of the most technically gifted players in the league thats for sure but im not sure him, Gerrard and Meireles could possibly fit in the same side..

I think those 4 signings would dramatically improve our team.
I’m not going to start saying those 4 and the league is ours and all that rubbish but they would considerably strengthen where we really need to.

GK: Reina, Jones
RB: G.Johnson, Kelly
LB: Taiwo, Insua
CB: Carragher, Agger, Skrtel, Wilson, Ayala
RM: Young, Maxi
LM: A.Johnson, J.Cole, Sterling
DM: M’Villa, Lucas
CM: Gerrard, Meireles, Shelvey, Spearing, Suso
CF: Carroll, Suarez, Kuyt, Pacheco

There is obviously still areas to improve but we have to be realistic and I think this squad would do us good for next year

Oh and from that list I think its fairly obvious what deadwood I think should be moved on!!

What about this fella Taarbat at QPR who looks handy. Comolli is close to him but nothing mentioned about him moving anywhere. Think hes still on Spurs books but not happy there, might be worth a gamble if they will sell cheap.
