a manager willing to spit in the hair of players he is angry with is a great thing, Fernando and Johnson love their hair and would pull their socks up.

In all seriousness though, I don't think he has done much in management, that barca team he had has the potential to be an all time great team but I don't give him the credit for putting it together, mostly their youth system which I don't believe he is responsible for (in fact cryuff probably is)
