Watched a few movies over the weekend.

Predators. This time instead of visiting earth to hunt they're abducting people and placing them on a planet which is their own private game reserve,  not great but they are still my favourite aliens. Image 5/10

Beneath Hill 60. Interesting WW 1 movie . True story about the exploits of the 1st Australian Tunneling Division. Their job was to tunnel under the German lines and blow up the enemy defences.
from the Beneath Hill 60 site
Over 4585 Australian miners took part in this secret subterranean war, fighting under stress and conditions that terrified even the most hardened infantryman on the surface. Their extraordinary story has never been told on screen.Over 4585 Australian miners took part in this secret subterranean war, fighting under stress and conditions that terrified even the most hardened infantryman on the surface. Well worth the watch Image 8/10

30 Days of Night - Dark Days. A lame and utterly forgetable sequel to the excellent 30 days of Night. Don't waste your money or DL time on this one. No more than an exercise in exploiting the success of the original. Image 1/10

Cemetery Junction. Thought Ricky Gervais might have served up a few more laughs than those actually presented in this tale of life in 1970's Reading . a bit of a yawn. Image 4/10

Watched Juno last night on C4. Really good film, Ellen Page is cute too, not that im into pregnant ladies or anything. :D

Also watched Youth in Revolt recently. Here's a bit of trivia for you if you have seen both. Both films feature Michael Cera he also has a friend in both films named Vijay. :D

Just finished watching the second of Swedish mystery  Millienium trilogy The Girl who played with fire.

While I didnt find it as engrossing as much Girl with the Dragon tattoo, it was still excellent adaption and sets it up nicely for final act

The Loved Ones & The Human Centipede for all you horror fans out there.

Both knocked me sick tbh and I am a huge horror movie fan.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Christ I've watched some sh'ite these last two weeks . Worst of all ................

Wendy and Lucy, thought it might be a "Thelma and Louise" type of flik, discovered Lucy was a dog , hmmmm. OK, maybe a heart warming tale of a girl and her dog.   :no

The movie,
Driving to Alaska skint girls car breaks down, can't afford to fix it.
Loses dog
Hangs around dullest town in the US looking for it.
Finds dog living with some good samaritan who'd found it.
Leaves dog
Roll credits.

:veryangry  I want those 90 minutes of my life back yer b'stards .
