Nope... Because he is a greater player than Carragher. Both of them don't play the same position but from the way they are play football... I think Kirkland had done his job better than Carragher...

Hard to compare who is better as they play in different positions with different roles. I you had asked who is the more valuable to the team, my answer would be Gerrard foirst and then Owen second. Kewell had not had a good season and comparing like for like, it seems that Duff had the better season, although I believe that Kewell has more natural flair but somehow did not do too well. But then he only cost 5 million pounds.

I Duff became available though, even with Kewell in the squad I would still take Duff.

I agree, Jonnymac, and hope Duff becomes disenchanted with Chelski and his playing chances that we can get him on the cheap.

But then, if we get him, what should we do to Diouf, the "Serial Killer" who can't even hit a barn door?
