OK fellas, normal service resumed for this one, I'm starting the match thread so that's a win expected!

These feckers are gonna be a challenge to be honest, probably due to the fact I think BR will chop the lineup around and we'll see a weakened starting 11.
I hope he has the sense to change it if we start to get overrun. However, some of the younger lads that could be included might see this as their big chance with our strongest 11 getting beat by lets say 'lesser' opposition in recent weeks.

It's at Anfield so we shouldn't get anything less than a win here.

My prediction: Liverpool 3 - 0 Boro (Ballotelli 3)

I really hope thats not the side, i would have liked to see a couple of younger players in there especially as we really dont want to see lucas and borini again so soon. Also I very much doubt SG will play, if he does then that is just BR sticking two fingers up at everyone who said he can't play every game

There's rumours going round that Rossiter will start.

There is also a rumour that Suso may start as well.

Don't know the respective line ups but honestly think this will not be a walk over.

Like I've said in other threads, the oppo have got BR's tactics sussed.

I expect 'Boro to come in with no fear and throw everything at us, nick a goal and then play "Rope a Dope".

Hopefully we won't play "Charge of the Light Brigade" and instead play some tactically composed footy.

It will be great to see Rossiter Yaka, looks a very good prospect and with the injuries we have in midfield at the moment if he plays and does well then he might feature again if we go through.

Not an easy game by any means this.
These have started the season well and wont rest losts of players by the looks of it.

I reckon we'll hammer 'em, five or six. They might get one, maaaaaybe two and will play aggressively. I hope we get an early goal and loosen up. And I hope Borini and Lucas don't play. Would be awful for morale to play those two instead of new signings/young prospects. That's why the Hammers hammered us.

Lambert to captain the team :)

Liverpool's starting XI in full: Mignolet, Manquillo, Enrique, Toure, Sakho, Lucas, Rossiter, Lallana, Sterling, Markovic, Lambert.

The Reds' substitutes:  Jones, Skrtel, Moreno, Williams, Suso, Borini, Balotelli.
