Our defense is struggling, but both this goals had a bit of luck combined with imperfect defending. The ref surely didn't help us in the first 15 minutes when we had number of clear fouls go unpunished, and then allowing madrid to stop the game while James was off the pitch really slowed it down for us, and that's when madrid started to take control of the game.

Either way, both goals haven't come from them dominating us. We've played alright offensively, and they've had a few moments where they've done something very well.

What a fucking school kids defending...unbelievable these.

So what would you say about their 3rd goal???

And that third goal all started with the refusal of the ref to give that clear foul for Allen.

Then our inability to defend corners, and Mignolet's poor decision making cost us again.

I think that in the first goal Skrtel could have done better even if the pass was good. The punnishment for the kind of mistakes so far is too big anyway

Never done this...but I'm not gonna lose my good night sleep watching these bunch of joke defending. There's always a first time eh???

Just cannot defend like we have against a team like Real. Worst thing is, I don't think Real have even really broken sweat. Just gifting them the win. All too easy

Unlucky Coutinho. Could have done with that going in, would have given us a a bit of hope

Nite guys...had enough I'm out...long may Mignolet, Sketel, Johnson continue to wear the red shirt it will save me lots of heartaches.

Problem is Real madrid are just a level better then us. They are more slick, more quicker in passing and reactions. We slow in every department.

If it carries on like this we probably will lose by a heavy margine.

3rd goal ? ........ Mignolet lost his bottle and went in feet first, another keeper with bigger nuts would have attempted to smother it .

Right now I'd rather we had finished 5th last season. Is this our reward? Can't bear to watch. Never done this either, but I'm going to find something else to do.
