Frustrating half. We looked much more threatening with Coutinho/Lallana/Sterling pressing high and aggressive and yet same old shiitestorm in the back with the help of an appalling linesman and a confused defence. Gerrard Pathetic no show.

Someones getting sacked very soon.

In a way I'm relieved we are losing. There is no chance in hell we expected to get a result from this game. ***** selection (especially brad jones) and a 3-4-3??? I expect United go on and thrash us to pile on the pressure for Rodgers to get sacked.

That second goal was a disgrace. What an utter ***** that linesman is. Worst thing about this is Utd have not exactly been great. Still feel we can get something out of this if we have a real go at them but that means taking more chances and with our crappy defence they could easily go on and add to their two

Playing well for 15 minutes ain't good enough.  Unfortunately, someone didn't think that having a recognised striker on the field 1st half  was required!

The difference is we don't have fuck for attack and our defence is beyond joke. Individual errors are all over and you just can't have that. Coutinho losing Rooney leading to the first goal was just careless, unacceptable and ball watching. If we have a half arsed forward it could & would make all the difference. Problem is after spending £120M our season collapse due to injury to ONE player. Finger to those who think we should give him more time. In anywhere in corporate world, this would be a professional negligence and warrant a sacking...and we have retards who ask for more time.

15 mins? What match are you watching? We were the better side in the half overall... 7 attempts to their 3... Its the lack of finisher and not due to playing not well...

Watching the same game as you. Opinions differ don't they, as I said playing well for 15mins ain't good enough

Problem is he is picking system without the players to play that system, Henderson is never a wing back and Sterling in not a striker

The problem is that Sterling has never been a great finisher, and its not so hard to defend against us when all we do is give the ball to Sterling and hope he can do some magic with his pace.

The team lacks balance and our midfielders are clueless when it comes to defending. Thats where we really lose the match.

We just have to hope for a red card or two in the second half.
