Now that City away game is out oof the way time for us to string a run of W’s together, time to start thinking about what’s going to happen in January too, we are very close but not quite there yet squad wise, one or two top signings in Jan and things could get really interesting around here

Fully agree when you say squad wise we are not quite there yet. I think we still haven't sorted the DM position.
When deployed at DM it's not Mac Allister's best or favoured position and we're not getting the best out of him also without taking anything away from Endo , so far he hasn't shown to be anything more than an admittedly very good back up.  When it comes to a January signing  ? Maybe I've been watching too many YouTube videos but I'd go all in for Fluminese's  Andre, he's being chased by a number of clubs and viewing his performances I'm not surprised. As for the game v Fulham ? they're no mugs we mustn't get complacent , but surely we have to win this one ?

Pity we couldn’t have got a look at Bajcetic or even Thiago in that sitting position before we splash out on anyone new. Then again we need someone in that position that we can rely on. Someone we know will be available week in week out

The Premiership at the moment is the closest fought top league in Europe. I simply cannot remember the last time so many teams battling for top spot in the league. It seems to change almost every week. All we can do is keep on winning. Fulham won’t make our life easy but it absolutely vital that we win. December is a hugely important and with Diogo and Ali out it doesn’t get any easier.

I think Bajcetic we should have a look at but he’s too young for that full responsibility and does he have the body? Thiago we saw already and he is a step slow and goes in rashly to make up the difference, I think as a “holding midfielder” he would be a liability. We definitely need a proper holding midfielder in Jan if we want a chance of winning the league. I think MacAlister is a young Thiago and is a step too slow to be a holding midfielder and doesn’t have the physical presence to replace Fabinho, we need someone that can. I do think MacAlister will be a much better player if he didn’t have that holding responsibility.
