With games against City, United and Everton looming up on the horizon it's important that we beat the likes of Palace and also Brentford who we play next week.

Alisson, Milner, Konate, Van Dijk, Tsimkas, Fabinho, Henderson, Thiago, Salah, Jota, Mane

Subs: Kelleher, Gomez, Phillips, Robertson, Keita, Jones, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Minamino, Origi

Trent misses out due to illness and Matip is rested.

Palace playing with 11 men behind the ball. Hopefully we will find a way through

How did Jota missed that with the goal wide open?

Hope we don't come to regret that miss. Palace are really well drilled in defence and we won't get many of those.

Good first half. Although we took our time to score it didn't really feel like one of those games where we couldn't score even if our lives depended on it, we just missed some sitters and goalie made some good saves.

More of the same in second half and we're good.

We are giving Palace more look at our goal than we should. Milner is being given a run around by Zaha all day

Vital save from Ali....I don't like how the game is turning out in the last 15mins...we really need a second goal now
