Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby redshade » Sat Dec 03, 2016 3:13 am

We should win this game, Bournemouth are not the type of team that sits back which will work in our favour.
My concern is will Lallana and Firmino be available..
If both are out then im worried.

Well we need to be fired up and ready to smash these and hit back at Chelsea after their impressive win today.

Not only do we need to stay in the race but also open up a gap to third, massive game now, need to be at it right from the whistle.

Bournemouth are no mugs and I,m a little worried about this one if I'm honest.

No Coutinho or Sturidge. Lallana doubtful. Some of our squad players need to step up and be counted...

Same here mate I'm a little worried myself. Firmino is not 100% aswel.
We need our players who make the system work. Hendo, Can and Wijnaldum in the middle gives no fluidity to our attack thats why im hope Lallana will be back.
I just hope we somehow win tomorrow and keep up the pressure on Chelsea.

Like others have said, Bournemouth are not a naive team and it won't be so easy beating them. There's some pressure on us as well after Chelsea beat City at the Etihad, we need to keep winning if we want to keep on track with them.

Missing both Coutinho and Sturridge is definitely a blow for us, so I hope that at least Lallana would be fit to start.

Redshade's team looks good, I'd go with that. Apart from maybe Gini instead of Can.

Bournemouth are one of the hardest working sides in the country as well so our tactic of overpowering teams with the intensity of our football won't give us the advantage it normally does.

Bournemouth are a decent team under Eddie Howe. He has done a really good job there for such young manager. However, let's be honest, even though they setup well and play some good stuff, they are short on any real individual quality and we will be too much for them. Can't see nothing past a well earned and in the end comfortable 3-0/3-1 to us even with a couple of players out.

Bournmouth at home

L 1-3 Man utd
W 1-0 west Brom
W 1-0 Everton
W 6-1 Hull
D 0-0 Spurs
L 1-2 Sunderland

These lot are decent on their turf. Taking out the Sunderland and Manc match they have been pretty solid.

Superbly efficient so far though Bournemouth could quite easily been awarded a pen.

Got a bet up too Origi to score outside the box, just  :)

Keep it going just nothing stupid now

Good first half but I felt we just took our foot off the gas a bit after the second goal. This game isn't done yet, if they get one back they will get a lift and its game on again, we need to keep working hard and we need to try to cut out the sloppy passes and silly mistakes. If we do there's more goals in this game for us.
Come on reds we're halfway there.
