Team work v Individual flair:

1-0 Valencia (vs Real Madrid, Barcalona, Deportivo)
2-0 Czech (vs Holland)
3-0 Greece (vs France)

Football is a game of 11 men, not one or two individual. It is good to have flair in the team but you need a balanced team to go far and win trophies.

I am glad Senor Benitez is a firm believer of "team" concept. Get rid of those (whoever they are) who won't fight for our cause.

Team work a must. But you also need individual flair to turn a game, a mixture of both is whats needed!!
