Casillas
Lahm
Carragher
Vidic
Ramos
Silva
Gerrard
Ronaldinho
Messi
Villa
Drogba (that 1 hurt)

didnt really wanna put silva or lahm in but didnt have any great alternatives - how come Jankalovski and Oddo get in but no Finnan or (gulp) Riise? Wheres Mascharano? - he was fantastic in the Knockout stages last year! In the final he made the 'player of the tournament' look like a small boy!

Got nothing better to do so had a pop at it.  Nice to see more Liverpool players than usual and a few suprises in there! Royston Drenthe and David Healy of Fulham ???

Anyway here's my team based on what ive seen of each player in the last season..

GK - Reina - Solid for Liverpool and breaking into the spain squad ahead od Casillas eventually.

RB - Sergio Remos - Always looks solid at the back and looks decent going forward, also scores a few goals.
LB - Patrice Evra - Was class for the Mancs last year.  1 of their best players last campaign, not so sure this year.
CB - Jamie Carragher - May not have been his best year yet but solid as ever.
CB - Nemanja Vidic - Class for Manure, shows Ferdinand up for what he really is, SHUYTE!

RM - Messi - Would have chosen him on the left if it was an option and C. Ronaldo here.  Messi just shades it.
CM © - Gerrard - Some would say a dissapointing season for him but i think hes played well and finding his best form. Fabregas close 2nd.
LM - Seedorf - May be getting on but still a class act.  Been Milan's best player by a mile this season in Serie A.
AM - Kaka - 'Nuff said.  The boys a genius playing the midfield miestro role.

ST - Luca Toni - Been on fire for both club and country.  Proved himself as one of the best strikers in Europe.
ST - Drogba - As much as it pains me to say, the guy is class.  Best in the world (bar torres maybe :p ). Would love to see him here.

Coach - Rafael Benitez - IMHO tactically the best coach in the world bar none.

Had to be Rafa for coach, even fergie and josie couldn't get to the CL final (twice in three years) Working from memory aren't Real Madrid who won it three times in five years and Milan the only teams to make three finals in five years? Be something if Rafa could do it, but I can't see us reaching the final and winning the league with our current squad
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

Here is the eventual team of the year, if anyone has an interest:

uefa.com users' Team of 2007

Iker Casillas (Real Madrid CF)

Daniel Alves (Sevilla FC)
Alessandro Nesta (AC Milan)
John Terry (Chelsea FC)
Eric Abidal (FC Barcelona)

Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United FC)
Steven Gerrard (Liverpool FC)
Kaká (AC Milan)
Clarence Seedorf (AC Milan)

Zlatan Ibrahimovic (FC Internazionale Milano)
Didier Drogba (Chelsea FC)

Coach: Sir Alex Ferguson (Manchester United FC)

Nice to see Stevie in there (for the 3rd time in a row). Pretty good (and fair) team that, except for the defense, where a couple of the choices seem to be there by name rather than by 2007-form imo.

I didn't realise that the list was only open to votes from knuckle-draggers... :D

That would be a very good team if you took the racist bully John Terry out of it and stuck Carragher in
