This was just announced by the BBC.

Chelsea have bought Steven Gerrard for £456 million.

It's thought that he will play an integral role on the Chelsea bench during league games in the 1-1-1-1 formation opposite Shaun Wright-Phillips, Joe Cole, Jose Mourinho and Jose's coat during warm sunny days.

On a seriously monging note, this fella should be banned as he's obviously on a wind-up. Ditto Mudface, Nancy boys, Fowlers back and all those unfunny characters and figments of peoples imaginations. My vote is that on an otherwise depressing night, the moderators cheer us all up by wielding the axe on these numpties once and for all. Sometimes you gotta say What the feck. Tonight is one of those nights.
