doesnt work for me. I can listen but cant see the video. I do have avi aswell. It tries to do download some kind of codec then fails. Any ideas?...

It's a media player that supports just about any format. I just tried the Stevie G documentary prt.1 on winamp, and I only got sound.
Loaded it up on VLC and voila, perfect picture and sound. Has a lot of good preferences too like widescreen and such.
Maybe you can add this to your initial post KLG!
Beats dl'ing 3 different codecs anyway. It's a highly recommended player. I've even played stuff on there that DIVx could'nt play.
