lol, to be fair we did do well against those newly promoted minnows Burnley without him  
We've just got to hope he was taken off as a precaution because atm our attack does look a bit toothless when he's not there.

Sorry going to be a bit controversial here but not impressed that he needs to go the Cup of Nations and potentially derail our title aspirations in Jan/Feb.

Mane is a massive cog in our wheel and letting him go play in this 2 bit competition which is ridiculously scheduled every 2 years should be challenged.

I don't understand why the super clubs have allowed FIFA to get away with this nonsense for far too long.

I know some of you think otherwise, but you will all be spewing if we drop needless points in that time period because of Mane's absence.

I'm just thinking that Henderson being suspended for a handful of games 3 seasons ago went a long way in costing us the title towards the end, and this has all the hallmarks of having the same ramifications.

Won't comment on the quality of the competition, don't really watch it although it does include some fine players.

Do however strongly agree that the 2 year schedule needs to be addressed but I guess it's a money maker for the suits in the African football associations so Fifa will continue to do fk all about it.

Well, Mane has been great for us so it will be a big blow losing him for a couple of months.
But the lads will just have to pull together. It's not like there is nothing left when he is gone.
But just have to hope no injuries happen at the same time.

I have been very pleased with his performances since he came to us in the summer. However, his performances of late seems a little lacklustre and his touch seems to have deserted him. Wonder if the lad is just tired or if he's been found out a bit.
