Ok the first goal was a mistake by the ref (don't see anyone complaining about ref bias this week   ), but the second, was well taken by Kuyt. But in fairness he was given acres of room by Newcastle's incredibly poor defence.

I can see another 2 or 3 coming if things stay the way they are.

The second looked like a nice little block-off from Agger on Beye to give Kuyt a free run at the thing.  More proof that man-to-man marking doesn't work! :D

Careful now Bob, your on dodgy ground there.

Hey, I though you said you never went onto the match threads? ????

Because there was a time in which match threads were a place to avoid.

Now, *for some reason* are more visitable.  :;):

Ah, Coloccini. I've seen playing that lad most of his career in Spain. I like him, mind you. He's not as good as Agger taking the ball out running with, but he's a very accomplished player in that.

Perhaps a bit soft for that league?

Babel should come on for half an hour, if he can't impress against these he never will
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Hey, is that Barton or Burton the player Stu used to like?

I have to admit he sent a good diagonal ball there.

When I see some names of Newcastle, you have to think that it's an awfully managed team, because they have better names than Sunderland or Hull.
