The front pairing looked ok but it was hard to judge because the team overall didn't look that strong (I mean Levski in case any of you were wondering!

Well I think overall performance was fine, but few stupid personnal mistakes and then Liverpool showed class - you took all u could from corners, etc.

The point is you can only beat whats infront of you. We scored 4 goals... michael looked back to his best... stevey was awsome again and we won comfortabley.

We also looked like we were only playing at about 60-70% and if we needed something extra we could have got it at will.

Liverpool showed their attcking prowess well enough. If sami and stephane were more alert it would be even better.

Al i don't see whats fickle about supporting your teams manager.

Personally i think its fickle to turn on him. I've backed Houllier from the start and will continue to do so until such a time i feel he's done all he can... that isn't this season.

So Stu, tell me why exactly Houllier deserves more time? If we played FIFTY-TWO games we still wouldn't have gained enough points to win the league. On this season's form alone, it would take more than fifty-two games to better the season we finished second on 80 points.

He won a few trophies, only one of which either of the two biggest teams have landed in the same period ie was worth much

I have a fine memory thankyou, enough to recall his promise to deliver the title in 5 years (expires in May btw). We can win 20 cups and it won't make a difference, you should know we want the league - that is ALL that matters

btw, Houllier can't live off what he did in the PAST all his life, even you ought to be able to understand that
