So hes back at anfield will he stay and live up to his reputation ??? . Or will he be shipped backout on loan?
I am really confused why Alou Diarra hasnt been recalled with the transfer window closing tomorrow.
We are not likely to sign anyone else either to buy or on loan, and if god forbid Baros got injured it only leaves us with Mellor as a forward in our Champions league games :(
Pongolle has an op tonight hopefully he wont be out for to long hey :) .

with our luck, he'll be out for a couple of months. :(

and to make it worse he'd only been on the pitch about a minute!!

i feel terrible, when he was on the ground i said to my mate...i think he's just making a meal of it because he made a mistake! Oh dear.... :(

Bringing Cheyrou back would be a better option:blues:

Liverpool have said today they will not be recalling Bruno Cheyrou as they plan to sell him in the summer.
Folks listen this is serious stuff with our luck Baros could get another hamstring or another injury Im not joking, and Mellor and Garcia would be our strike force in the CL, surely we must get someone in by tomorrow, that isnt cuptied, im sure you lot would agree.

So we're thinking of bringing back someone who was pure sh#te for us, and has managed 2 starts in 6 months at an inferior club... Thats good news.

Put these words in order; barrel, of, scraping, bottom.

Anthony was along with Sinema the outstanding player of his generation, and it is true that we beat many a club to their signatures.

However the problem with really outstanding young players is that some take longer than others to transfer the potential into real quality as a man.

Le Tallec is going to be a great player, but he is simply up against the age old problem of being a little behind in the physique department right now. He looks a little lightweight.

Selling him will be a terrible decision, hopefully his little sabatical will have sorted his attitude, and seeing Pongo develop and play a more influential role will re-ignite his hunger for the game.

I would bring him back, especially in the light of our impending midfield crisis !!

IMO the kid has ability but so far has been lacking in the attitude aspect of the game. Still he is young and we were all young and arrogant once, so maybe getting dumped from St Ettiene will give him the kick he needs?

Benitez was going to sign ALT when he was at Valencia but ironically we beat him to it. So there might be a possibility of him returning.
