Zenden - yes, let him off.
But Gonzales, I'm unsure of....I've said before he should he given until the January transfer window, and I stand by that...

No, he got enough time and was clearly out of his depth playing for us.

I must confes i'm not at all certain the lad is good enough. Most importantly, even if he is can we afford to hang around for another half a season until he finds his feet? The answer quite simply is no, we tried but it didn't work.

Its ashame that he's not been giving the time to adjust to the english game. For some people it takes longer than a month, and infact needs a whole season to get to grips, but Rafa knows what he's doing and clearly he doesn't think he's the kind of player that will cut the prem and Liverpool. I wish him all the best.

At least Rafa is a manager who can see his mistakes and when he sees one of his signings is :censored:, he sends them packing quickly. This summer of transfers looks promising for LFC.

We must have a Left Mid lined up or already signed or we could be in serious poo next year.  We would only have Kewell to select if both Gonzales and Zendon are leaving
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

You just know a turkey the first times you see one play, and Gonzo was one. He may have been decent enough for other clubs, but this club was just far too big for him to contend with. Didn't have the confidence to step up to the plate. When you look at Pennant on the other side, he started in equal, if not worse, vain than him, but later had the mindset to take his game on and let himself grow. He didn't let the pressure get to him, and I hope he's strong enough to continue improving. Gonzlez was a dead weight. Glad he's gone.

i think it's too early. He's not good enough yet. Agree. But he's still young and fast. We can always keep him as back up and let him learn.

No idea how much he earns but given the fact Kewell spends more time on the treatment table it's good to have some backup. Having said that, i really dont mind he's going, just hope we get a very good left winger cos i dont trust Kewell's fitness. And please don't mention risse as back up.

I think Kewell will stay (at least for next season) Rafa has always shown a lot of belief in Kewell, so I can't see him getting shut just yet.
